Let’s go on a spring trip!

With spring in full bloom and nature refreshed, Aurora Chemical organized a team-building journey for all employees of the Yantai branch on April 30, under the theme *“Together, We Achieve Greatness.”* This was more than just a chance to unwind in nature—it was a spiritual rally to empower growth, strengthen bonds, and ignite collective strength through collaboration.  

Journeying Together, Starting from the Heart 

As the morning light gently broke, everyone gathered with high spirits and eager anticipation, ready to embark on the adventure. On the bus, an icebreaker game of “drum-passing flower” quickly sparked lively energy—spontaneous talent shows and impromptu sing-alongs filled the air with laughter and applause, melting away workplace formality. Colleagues grew closer and more attuned, setting a warm and harmonious tone that perfectly reflects Aurora Chemical’s culture of camaraderie. 

Among Hills and Valleys, Forging Passion

Arriving at Kunyu Mountain’s Shimenli Scenic Area, we were greeted by lush green peaks, babbling brooks, and a soothing embrace of nature. The Aurora Chemical family wandered at ease through the mountains, weaving care and cooperation into every step. Along the trails, colleagues helped each other climb, shared snacks and water, and chatted about work and life. Distance dissolved, hearts intertwined, embodying our people-first philosophy and rooting the belief—*one family, one mission, one fight*—deep in our souls.  

Amidst the scenic mountains and waters, team-building activities officially began. The atmosphere buzzed with warmth and energy, a vivid display of Oriental Chemical’s vibrant and uplifting spirit.  

**Tug-of-War:** Everyone gripped the rope, chanting in unison as cheers echoed through the valley. Exerting every ounce of strength, each team member demonstrated perseverance and channeled collective force through unity.  

**Three-Legged Race:** Partners moved in perfect sync, shouting rhythms as they dashed forward. When stumbling, they encouraged each other; when succeeding, they celebrated together. The synchronized steps underscored the power of trust and shared purpose.  

**Gathered Around, Bonds Deepened** 

At lunchtime, the aroma of hearty farmhouse dishes filled the air. Everyone sat together, chatting warmly and reliving the day’s highlights while reflecting on their shared journey at work. Many expressed heartfelt sentiments: the most precious treasure was not the breathtaking scenery, but the comrades walking side by side—and the warm embrace of the Aurora Chemical family.  

Though brief, the joy was profound; the unity, unshakable. This team-building event not only offered relaxation but also brought people closer, fostered consensus, and conveyed the company’s warmth—infusing new momentum into our team. Going forward, every member of Aurora Chemical will carry the synergy and strength gained from this experience into their daily work—turning it into drive and accountability. With one heart and one spirit, we will write a new chapter of high-quality development for Aurora Chemical, infusing every task with renewed passion.
