In August 2025, Aurora Chemical's “Summer of Books: Enjoying Reading Time” Reading Month event concluded successfully. This initiative aimed to foster a vibrant atmosphere of reading among all employees, build a broad platform for intellectual exchange, infuse corporate culture with the fragrance of books, and empower personal growth through reading.

During the event, the company carefully planned and organized two reading salons with distinct themes and rich content, bringing a feast of thoughts and wisdom to its employees.

02 “Philosophical Reflection & Skill Enhancement” Salon: Expanding Cognitive Horizons, Empowering Professional Growth

Too Big To Know challenges our traditional understanding of “knowledge,” revealing that in this era of information overload, integrating knowledge and pursuing cross-disciplinary learning are the keys to breaking through the shackles of growth. Meanwhile, Nonviolent Communication approaches the subject through communication techniques. Using the four-step method of “observation, feeling, need, request,” it guides readers on how to resolve workplace conflicts and build positive relationships, transforming communication into a “booster” that propels work forward.

With the successful conclusion of two book salons, Aurora Chemical's August Reading Month activities have reached a temporary pause.
